Bieber Fever is taking the world by storm yet again! The “Believe” Tour, presented by AEG Live, will feature Carly Rae Jepsen as special guest. The tour will begin September 29, 2012 and blaze a trail through more than 45 cities before wrapping up on January 26, 2013.   ***$1.00 from each ticket will be donated to Pencils of Promise, a charity which works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world.
